Baltimore, Start Your Engines! Look for Baltimore's speed limit to rise in August 2011 as the IZOD Indy Car Series comes to the city. The Baltimore Grand Prix will be the series' only event in the Mid-Atlantic region, since the league left Richmond, Va., last summer. World-renown Indy drivers will maneuver their Indy Cars through the streets of downtown Baltimore for this three-day event, which is expected to draw 150,000 spectators.
